Need to Start somewhere with Dissertation.

I found myself delaying the dissertation which was very important this term. I haven't done much on it so far and i only had 8 weeks to think of a topic and gather research information to help get the dissertation done. This was I big mistake I made by doing this. Myself and the group had to put the project on hold because of the dissertation.
